Chicken Salad

1 store-roasted Chicken – chopped
1 c Pecans, chopped
8 Scallions, sliced
2 stalks Celery, sliced
2 Apples, chopped
1 cup Grapes (or to taste)

Sour Cream dressing
½ cup eal Mayonnaise (I use fat free)
2 TBS Sour Cream (I use fat free)
¼ cup Cider Vinegar

Stir dressing together to combine and toss with chicken mixture.
