Mexican-Style Corn

3 cans of Yellow Corn (12 oz. cans)
1 cup of Mayonnaise
½ cup of Parmesan or Parmesan/Romano Cheese
½ tsp. Red Pepper Flakes

Mix all of the ingredients together while heating on the stove top
or mix all ingredients together and put in a casserole dish, cover and bake on 350, for about 30 minutes.
