¼ c Soy Sauce
¼ c Orange Marmalade
2 T Catsup
1 clove Garlic, crushed
3-4 lbs. Country-Style Spareribs
Combine soy sauce, marmalade, catsup and garlic. Cut ribs and put in large Ziploc bag. All marinate. Marinate overnight. Put all items in the Crock Pot and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
Makes 4-6 servings.
Any type of spareribs can be used.
