Turtles

Big large of Pecans 12-16 oz (Costco)
1 bag Kraft Caramels
4 blocks of Candi-Quick (pkg of 12 squares

Unwrap and melt your caramels over low heat.

In the meantime put the pecans on a lightly-sprayed (PAM) cookie sheet. Group them in threes meeting in the middle or you can coarsely chop and put in group.

Pour a teaspoon of caramel on each pecan cluster making sure to cover enough of the pecans so they stick together. Let set until cooled. By the time you get the caramel on all of the clusters the first ones are set.

Melt the chocolate in a saucepan over low heat. Put a teaspoon-full to cover the caramel.

Just let them set again until the chocolate is not sticky to the touch.

Makes about 4 dozen turtles.
