Layered Nacho Dip

Refried Beans (1 regular size can)
Avocado Dip (1 regular size tub or homemade)
Sour Cream (1 regular size tub)
Tomatoes (2) (Diced)
Onion (1) (Diced)
Black Olives (small can diced)
Green Chili (small can diced)
Cheddar Cheese (mild to medium sharpness) (3/4 lb. grated)

In a 12″ x 12″ x 1″ square pan (or something similar) layer each ingredient starting with the refried beans. May be made the night before. Serve with Doritos.

Baked Vidallia Onion Dip

2 c finely chopped Vidallia Onions (can use Walla Walla)
2 c finely shredded Swiss Cheese
1 1/2 c real Mayo
1/2 c Sour Cream

2 T grated Parmesan Cheese

Preheat oven to 325.
Combine all ingredients except Parmesan cheese..
Spray 2 pie pans with Pam.
Scoop in onion mixture.
Top with Parmesan.
Bake for 45-60 minutes until nicely browned on top.

Serve warm with rice crackers.
