Artichoke Dip

14 oz. artichokes in water (drained & chopped)
Add: 6 oz. mayonnaise
6 oz. sour cream
6 oz. Parmesan cheese
4 oz. chopped green chilies (mild/medium/hot)

Heat on stove

Serve with any kind of crackers

Guacamole

3 Avocados (ripe)
2 cloves Garlic
4 oz. Cream Cheese
1/4 c. Mayonnaise
2 T. Onion (chopped)
1/2 t. Chili Powder
1 t. Lemon Juice
1/2 – 3/4 can Jalapenos (whole or diced)
(I use maybe two Jalapenos)

I also add:
Garlic Powder
Salt
Ground Pepper

Put in food processor and process.

Serve with Dorito chips.
